Yilan Distillery Today
The ˇ§Chia Tzu Lan Wine Cultural Museumˇ¨ was established at the Yilan Distillery in 1998.
In 2005, the ˇ§Red Yeast Story Museumˇ¨ was established in the urban area of Chiao-his, and the ancient and mysterious Chinese formula of ˇ§red yeastˇ¨ was used to develop a series of products. Of which, ˇ§red yeast wine aroma sausagesˇ¨ created a wave as soon as it hit the market. ˇ§Golden orange red yeast wine vinegarˇ¨ was honored with the Gold Medal and Best Packaging Design Award by the 17th Evaluation Commission for Excellent Foods of Taiwan. Currently, this plant seeks to elevate the quality of red cordial wine and to remake a new image for red cordial wine, in hopes of regenerating the glory of red cordial wine. ˇ§I love red cordialˇ¨ is another healthful call, so that the wisdom and health concepts of our ancestors can re-enter our lives.
