History
One of the earliest know civilizations, those of Mesopotamia, are the sources of the earliest recorded beers dated 3500 B.C. Late on, the berwing knowledge from Egypt spreads to European and all over the world.
● The best drinking temperature for beer is 6~8℃ in summer, and 10~12℃ in winter. Colder the better is incorrect.
● Beer is good with seafood, Chinese food, western-style food.
● When pouring beer, position the glass vertically, and pouring rapidly to make it foam. Afterwards, pour in slowly to adjust the height of foam.
Development
To keep up with the demand of beer consumption increased, Jhunan Brewery was build in 1992 in Jhunan Industrial Park, occupied 366,500m2. It was completed in 1996 as reflecting ideals initially desighed. The production capacity of 2,160,000 hl of beer and 30,000 t of malt per annum, which enabled TTL to increase its market share. There are 320 employees in Jhunan Brewery.

The nutrition of Taiwan beer
A bottle of Taiwan beer contains 260 Kcal, equal to 400㏄ milk or 3 eggs, so beer being called as liquid bread. Vitamins B can protect skin from aging. Alcohol and carbon dioxide can stimulate the activity of digestive enzymes. Beer has a powerful diuretic effect to purge the kidneys and vessels leading from them of kidney stones. Beer has a soporific effect to overcome nervous tension and quenches thirst better than other drinks.
