Before the 921 Earthquake, Puli Brewery had always been playing the role of promoting the industrial tourism of Puli by attracting nearly one million tourists each year.
When you step into the Product Showroom , you'll be greeted by the enthusiastic staffs of the Winery who have prepared the cold and warm Shaohsing Wine for you to experience the wonderful taste and aroma. On the other side is the Winery Product Shop. Puli Brewery Employees Welfare Committee has developed a series of special aromatic and delicious Shaohsing health food for the tourists, including wine, snacks and Popsicles. The most popular flavors of Popsicles with Shaohsing Wine are: red bean, taro, rice cake, peanut and soybean. Each Popsicle contains 4cc of wine, full of perfectly tender sweetness and aroma.
The Elixir Egg, boiled in Shaohsing Wine with tealeaves, has a rich wine aroma and is also one of the latest hot items. The rice cakes and chicken feet made with Shaohsing Wine have a little alcohol but distinctive savor. Even if you're not a wine drinker, you don't have to worry about getting drunk.
Aside from these special products, we're going to launch the Shaohsing Wine Cake very soon. The cake has simple but elegant patterns on it. Its light wine aroma and delicate taste makes it a special, delicious but inexpensive cake.
